Anneli herself has, in addition to MeNaiset, been co-operating with Estonian musicians, for instance with the organist Ene Salumäe. She has been active in establishing the folk music department at the Viljandi Culture College, and has been acting as their folk music teacher from the beginning, I.E. from 1990. Her fields of expertise in teaching are the music of Finno-Ugric peoples, band playing, pedagogy, theoretical subjects and improvisation. In Finland, Anneli has also acted as the choir leader of the Ostrobothnian Students´ Union Choir and the Choir of Estonian Students. Contact information: marahtola@msoynet.com |
